MELL-O Nites in Merida happen on the THIRD Friday of every month. This is a chance for the locals to meet the ‘extraneros’ in a casual setting in the gardens at MELL. There is a cash bar and great botanas. Please join us for this sociable evening… meeting old friends and making new ones! Things generally get underway at about 7:30 p.m. If you want to know more, call the Library at 924-8401. Mark your calendar: July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19 and December 17th. See you at the party!

AA Meetings in English are held each Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. All are welcome!

Al-Anon meetings are held every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm

House and Garden Tours start on October 7th and are conducted every Wednesday until March. Keith Heitke will be your guide. Tours end at Casa Catherwood in Santiago Park.

Conversations with Friends meets on Monday night at 7:00 pm. This is an opportunity to practice your Spanish or practice your English in a sociable setting. You do not have to be a member of the Library to join in… a small donation is taken each Monday evening for “Conversaciones con Amigos”… 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Library.
